Insomnia is trouble falling asleep or staying asleep through the night. Episodes may come and go (episodic), last up to 3 weeks (short-term), or be long-lasting (chronic).
The thing is I’ve had Insomnia for almost 5 years. I’ve tried almost everything the doctor has said to try and help me sleep from drinking warm milk, eating turkey (I love turkey), take a warm shower before bed. The only thing that was really working was doing something laying down that doesn’t require getting out of bed. So I decided to read and boy did I read! I read all the Hunger Game books (3) in one whole week!! I’ve read the Twilight books fourteen times! After that I read all of Nicholas Sparks books. Geez! Then I started to do little journal entry’s and that helped too. I work in Construction with my dad and you would think that after a long day I would be able to go to bed faster, nope. And so the other day my sisters boyfriend bought me this book called “I can’t Sleep” you basically write whatever’s on your mind when you can’t sleep and it has quotes on every page.
